清凝看向那个外国人，这是一位有六十多岁的老人，戴着一个金框的眼睛，拄着拐杖站在一个大树下，虽然是上岁数的人，但他的双眼依旧炯炯有神，感觉是位智者。他好像是在等人。
"走，我们过去看看吧。"清凝很想认识这位外国的老人。
"不要，我可没跟外国人说过话，我的英语超差，你饶了我吧。"紫杉直往后退。
清凝拉着后退的紫杉说道："就是因为不好所以才去，就当练习了嘛。再说，不是有我吗？"
紫杉有些害怕又无奈的跟在清凝后面，清凝大方的走了过去笑着对这位老人说："Excuse me， can I help you？ "（您好，我能帮你吗？）
老人看向清凝也露出了微笑，"Oh， I’m nothing， This campus is very big and very beautiful ，I walk for a long time， so I’m very tired and then stand to take a break here 。 Beautiful young lady， can tell me you name， please？"(这所校园很大并且很漂亮，走的很累就站在这休息一会儿。漂亮的小姐，能告诉我你的名字吗？)"
"My name is Jessica， this is my fiend， and she is kitty， how about you？" (我是Jessica，这位是我的朋友，她叫kitty，您呢？)
"Are you traveling in here？" (您是来这旅游的吗？)
"Oh， no， I’m working in here temporarily。" (我暂时在这工作。)
"Oh， you work in the university， and you must be a professor， right？" (哦，您在这工作，您一定是个教授，对吗？)
"Yes， you are right， but can you tell me how do you see out？"(你怎么看出来了？)
"You own a pair of wise eyes。" (你拥有一双智慧的眼睛)
"Oh， this is very interest answer。 You English is very well。"(这是一个很有趣的回答，你的英语水平很好。)
Smith教授看了一下表，然后对清凝说："oh， I’m sorry。 I have something else。 So I must go now。 Jessica， Kitty， I’m glad to see you。"(哦，对不起，我还有事，我要走了。 Jessica， Kitty，很高兴见到你。)
